Transave has bolstered its leadership by appointing Jake Ransen to its board as a Non Executive Director.
Jake’s career includes board and Senior Management Function roles at leading UK consumer businesses, including Experian and ClearScore. Most recently, Jake served as CEO of the Authorised Payment Insitution Paylink – acquired by Experian in December 2024. He has spent his career building products that improve financial mobility and strengthen consumer outcomes.
Ian Sibbald, CEO of Transave, said:
“Jake’s experience across fintech, product and customer strategy will be a major asset as Transave continues to grow and modernise. We’re delighted to welcome him to the Board.”
Jake Ranson added:
“Saving regularly and being able to borrow when needed – either through necessity, or to realise an opportunity – would improve the financial lives of millions of hard working Brits. Transave has spent 30 years doing just that for its members. I’m proud to join a team that puts people before profit and has ambition to better the options mainstream banks and for-profit payroll lenders offer today”.
