How does our Prize Saver work?

Every pound you have in your Prize Saver account up to a maximum of £200, enters you into a monthly prize draw. There are 21 prizes up for grabs every single month, with a grand prize of £5,000! To open a Prize Saver account please log in to online banking to accept the account terms and conditions. We will then send you details about how to deposit funds or transfer funds from your Regular Saver.

Yes, your Prize Saver account will earn the same dividend rates as your other Transave savings accounts.

The Prize Saver account is available for TransaveUK members over the age of 18 and residing in England, Scotland, or Wales.

Yes, the account is instant access and funds can normally be withdrawn at any time; however this may not be possible if the total sum of your savings is less than the outstanding value of any Personal or Instant Loan you may have. Please note that you must keep £1 in the account to keep it open and be entered into the monthly draws.

Once we are notified of the prize draw winners, we will contact you via email to let you know. If you win the grand prize of £5,000, we will contact you to find out where you want the funds paid.

The funds in this account cannot be used to contribute to a savings multiplier to apply for any loans.

Please log on to your Transave account and send us a secure message to close your Prize Saver account.

There are two ways you can pay in:

  • Make a one-off payment.
  • Transfer money from one of your other savings accounts with us. Please note that this will only be possible if these funds are not acting as security against a loan with Transave.

Prizes are drawn on the 15th of each month, or the next working day after. The prize draw is based on your Prize Saver account balance on the final day of the previous month. e.g. if a draw is completed on 15th February, the draw will be based on your account balance on January 31st.

No, you do not pay into your Prize Saver account every week or month. You can transfer up to £200 into your Prize Saver account for 200 entries into the prize draw.
