Junior Saver
Help your kids learn how to save. Our Junior Saver is a great way to get your kids into the savings habit early and comes with all the advantages of a Regular Saver account.

- Account matures at age 16
- Add in lump sums when required
How does our Junior Saver work?
If you are already saving with Transave you can set up Junior Saver for children up the age of 16. Accounts are opened in the child’s name, with the adult member as a trustee. Regular savings (minimum £5 per week or £20 per month) need to be made into the account in one of the following ways:
- By adding to your regular payroll deduction
- By setting up or adding to a Direct Debit
The account will be managed by yourself as the adult trustee until you pass control over to the Junior Saver age 16. At this point the account will be converted to that of an adult member (however no loans are permitted until the age of 18). A copy of the Junior member’s birth certificate or passport will be required to open the account.
